Services are tailored to the client’s specific needs, according to the agreed-upon plan or quote.
Reservations and Contracting
- Reservations can be made through our website, social media, or by phone.
- When booking a service, you must provide accurate and complete information about the location and your requirements.
- The contract is considered confirmed once the initial payment is received or the agreement is signed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- If the client is not present or does not allow access to the agreed-upon location, 100% of the reserved service price will be charged.
- Rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.
Payments and Fees
- Prices are quoted in Default currency set in WooCommerce: $ (USD) and may vary depending on the type of service, area size, time required, and materials used.
- We accept payments by [cash, bank transfer, QR code, card, etc.].
- For industrial or recurring services, a formal contract and invoice may be requested.
Customer Obligations
- Facilitate access to the property on the agreed date and time.
- Ensure there are no risks to the cleaning staff.
- Inform guests of any sensitive areas or materials that require special care.
- If pets are present, the guest must ensure their safekeeping.
Responsibility
- Our staff is trained and committed to providing professional, discreet, and respectful service.
- We are not responsible for valuables that are not properly secured.
- In the event of incidents, damage, or accidents caused by our staff, each case will be evaluated and the corresponding safeguards will be applied.
Privacy and Confidentiality
- All information provided by the client will be treated confidentially.
- We will not share personal data with third parties without prior authorization.
- Access to properties and offices is provided exclusively for the purpose of providing the contracted service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the website and will become effective upon posting.
